Industrialization a death warrant for Tribes in Jharkhand

Jharkhand has now a new chief minister DisomGuru Shibu Soren. This is nothing but a old wine in new bottle. Everybody knows that Jharkhand is in fifth schedule. Then where is Tribes advisory council ? and what are the report of Governor to President of India ? If this does not exist then every thing gov. of Jharkhand has passed in his cabinet are ultra virus and can not be obeyed by the Tribes of Jharkhand. Main theme of fifth schedule lies on for peace and good governance any act of parliament or of the lagislature of the state can be only applied with certain exceptions and modification which can fullfil the peace and good governance of schedule areas. Idustrialization is good event to be practiced but not by taking tribal Land. Land is not just land for tribal, it is the matter of religion, faith, culture and hope of livelihood for every tribal. We can say ultimate recognition of tribal lies with their land. They acqiured land from this earth. Nobody gave them land. Even gov. of Jharkhand has not given them land. Then who is responsible for the right of land. Is it fair that gov. should be authorised to give land right of tribals. Obviously tribals are not ready for this deal. Industrialization should given the wider spectrum. Very first corporate groups should come up and try to give there best to provide water to every land. then there is a option for education. thereafter the atmosphere could be made for other industries. Before doing these things trying to displace tribal is very very deadly warrant for tribes. and most probably they will not give up their fight against ........
